Here’s the second in the Thanksgiving series (and likely last for today): a thanksgiving turkey with the words “Happy Thanksgiving” across the bottom.
I’m starting the series off with a sale so get them while they’re still 50 cents!
Click the pic to download the Thanksgiving turkey graph from my Craftsy shop for 50 cents!
Everything in my shop is on sale as well! Including the pattern books that are normally $10 but are 95 cents for the duration of the sale!
Have a fabulous rest of the day, guys! I’ll be back tomorrow, posting more freebies and sales!

Thanksgiving is next up on the holiday list so I thought I’d get it started with a boy pilgrim graph.
This doesn’t include a written graph. Generally I try to notate the ones that do. If you’re looking for written graphs, remember that I take custom orders but I also have plenty of already done graphs in my Craftsy shop. It will include a line about ‘includes both word and graph pattern’ or something along those lines in the description if there is a written graph included in the pattern.

inThis year we’re headed to my parents’ for Thanksgiving and I’m bringing sweet potato pies because mine are the bomb diggity (yeah, you read me right).
However, I’m kind of bummed that I’m only making one thing (you burn a turkey once or a dozen times and suddenly you’re banned from making the main course…) so I’ve decided to mix it up a little. I’ll be making my traditional recipe of course (a recipe that is not only super fantastic, but super secret, so I won’t be divulging it here) but I’ve decided to go the mini pie route as well.
Now before you get all put out, don’t worry, I’ll point you to some pie recipes that you can take out for a twirl. I’m not endorsing them as I haven’t tried them myself (perhaps you missed the bomb diggity claim, I’m not over-stating here peeps, I’ve actually had people place orders for my slammin’ pies) but there’s more than one way to skin a potato and I’m sure it tastes (almost) as good.

I’m giving making my own crust another whirl this year. Crust is a touchy beast so I’m trying two recipes this year. One from American Pie (Amazon Affiliate link, from which I’d make a profit if you bought the item through the link) and one from Better Homes and Gardens New Cookbook.
More later as I need to get back to baking!
